We had a rough experience attempting to completely make it through the purchase of a home. Inspections, negotiations, etc., fell through on three houses before we were able to find our home. Kathee was patient, helpful, and immediately responsive, even after hours. Many times I emailed after hours requesting information, fully expecting a response the next morning. Kathee always researched the information, and responded immediately. When we finally found the right home, we had a quick closing. Kathee kept our file updated at all times, had the greatest attitude, and made sure the process was painless (at least for us). Even though, the process was long and I had doubts at times that we would get denied, Kathee and her team reassured us that everything would be okay. They was always available to answer all of my questions, which I had tons of them. The GREAT part about closing on our new home is that we PAID 0.00 dollars at closing and they gave us a CHECK!!!!
