Bank Statements, you know...thank stack of papers you get monthly in the mail for your bank.
The one that tells the tale of your financial adventures for the last 30 days.
You may still received these OR you may have opted for E-Statements only.
Either way...these are the pages that help us process through your loan for your home.
They are major part of the First Step Document List.
You may not have looked at these in a LONG while, so here is a helpful guide to get exactly what we need for your loan.
Option 1: Your mailed paper Bank Statement or Monthly E-Statement
Option 2: A print out of your online statement showing
Name(s) on the account
Account Number
Running Balance
URL address at the top or bottom
Option 3: In-Person bank print showing
Name(s) on the account
Account Number
Running Balance
Official Bank stamp or business card from teller
For Joint Account Holders: mortgage companies will need a signed & dated permission letter allowing the other account holders use of the joint account.
